Senator Scott Wilk, R-Santa Clarita, joined community members, local businesses, customers, family and friends to honor Rob Cruikshank, owner of 24/7 Events as his November choice for the 21st Senate District Small Business of the Month.
“Those of you who know Rob know how hard he works. He has built his business from the ground up. Starting-off by himself, growing the business to employ 25 people and inhabit 28,000 square feet of warehouse space, 24/7 Events is a true success story,” said Wilk. “But what makes Rob stand out today is his commitment to the community.”
24/7 Events opened its doors in Palmdale as A-1 Equipment and Rentals. The business has an excellent reputation for superior customer service and high quality products. Rob is an example of a self-made business entrepreneur who has invested in his business for the last 16 years as well as the community in which he lives.
Some of the activities supported by 24/7 Events and Rob Cruikshank include: Transition 2 Independence, Michael Hoefflin Foundation, SCV Senior Center, Circle of Hope, Boys & Girls Club, Soroptimist, Hart District / COC Career Collaborative and the American Cancer Society.
