Senator Scott Wilk (R-Santa Clarita) recognizes Victorville-based Caring Circuit Institute (CCI) as the 21st Senate District’s Small Business of the Month for May, which is also Mental Health Awareness month.

CCI was founded in 2019 by Sam and Judy Rodriguez. The husband and wife team is committed to ensuring that adults with developmental disabilities are given opportunities to have an independent lifestyle and find jobs that grow into career opportunities.

“Sam and Judy, along with their dedicated and hard-working staff, selflessly devote their lives to helping others,” said Wilk. “By providing meaningful lifestyle and career opportunities to those with developmental disabilities, they uplift our vulnerable community members. I am honored to recognize CCI as the 21st Senate District Small Business of the Month and thank Sam and Judy for their incredible contributions to Victorville.”
